{"id":11142,"date":"2019-02-27T08:58:53","date_gmt":"2019-02-27T07:58:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/?p=11142"},"modified":"2019-02-27T08:59:14","modified_gmt":"2019-02-27T07:59:14","slug":"pimec-celebra-que-treball-doni-el-tret-de-sortida-al-procediment-de-representativitat-patronal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/pimec-celebra-que-treball-doni-el-tret-de-sortida-al-procediment-de-representativitat-patronal\/","title":{"rendered":"PIMEC celebra que Treball doni el tret de sortida al procediment de representativitat patronal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>PIMEC <\/strong>celebra que <strong> Treball<\/strong> doni el tret de sortida al procediment pel qual es publica la convocat\u00f2ria quadriennal per a <strong>l\u2019acreditaci\u00f3 i l\u2019atribuci\u00f3 de la quota de representativitat institucional<\/strong> de les associacions empresarials m\u00e9s representatives en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de Catalunya, tal com publica el Diari Oficial de la Generalitat de Catalunya a trav\u00e9s de l<a href=\"https:\/\/dogc.gencat.cat\/ca\/pdogc_canals_interns\/pdogc_resultats_fitxa\/index.html?action=fitxa&amp;documentId=841673&amp;language=es_ES&amp;newLang=ca_ES\">\u2019Ordre TSF\/24\/2019, de 14 de febrer.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entitat assenyala que l\u2019ordre \u00e9s\u00a0una<strong> &#8220;fita hist\u00f2rica&#8221;, ja que per primera vegada les organitzacions empresarials poden demostrar la seva representativitat.\u00a0<\/strong><em>&#8220;Han estat\u00a0molts anys de greuges\u00a0en els quals no s\u2019ha perm\u00e8s representar de manera justa i adequada els interessos de les petites i mitjanes empreses i aut\u00f2noms de Catalunya, que representen el99,8% del total d\u2019empreses, el 65% del PIB i ocupen m\u00e9s del 70% de les persones treballadores catalanes&#8221;<\/em>,\u00a0expliquen\u00a0des\u00a0de\u00a0PIMEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PIMEC\u00a0lamenta que finalment no s\u2019hagi arribat a un acord amb Foment del Treball que respecti la unitat d\u2019acci\u00f3 entre les dues organitzacions<\/strong>. A partir d\u2019aqu\u00ed, PIMEC es disposa a acreditar la seva representativitat.
