Els nous consumidors han modificat els seus h\u00e0bits de compra i consum, alguna cosa que tamb\u00e9 afecta a les <strong>oficines de farm\u00e0cia. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La dermofarmacia, un dels \u00e0mbits m\u00e9s desenvolupats en el comer\u00e7 online<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jaume\u00a0Pey<\/strong>, director general de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 per al Autocuidado de la Salut (ANEFP) va destacar que el m\u00f3n de la dermofarmacia \u00e9s el que est\u00e0 m\u00e9s desenvolupat en el comer\u00e7 online dins del sector i continua creixent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons Pey, hi ha<strong> tres tipus de farm\u00e0cies<\/strong>: les que han canviat, les que no ho faran i les que dubten. <em>\u201cAquest gran univers de dubtosos ha d&#8217;apostar per la innovaci\u00f3, entenent les necessitats del consumidor i com funcionen els nous h\u00e0bits de compra, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 coneixent els productes de autocuidado que tenim i que volem oferir\u201d<\/em>, assenyalava. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la seva opini\u00f3, \u00e9s fonamental <strong>apostar per la formaci\u00f3 dels farmac\u00e8utics <\/strong>per a entendre el nou entorn online i offline i con\u00e8ixer b\u00e9 al nou consumidor que \u00e9s m\u00e9s pragm\u00e0tic, menys\u00a0marquista\u00a0i fidel a la farm\u00e0cia, per\u00f2 sensible al preu. Un altre aspecte indispensable \u00e9s <strong>comptar amb un\u00a0portfolio\u00a0de productes atractiu<\/strong> que convidi a l&#8217;usuari a acostar-se i permeti la seva fidelitzaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cooperaci\u00f3 entre agents per a arribar millor al consumidor\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>David Pardo<\/strong>, director general de Fedefarma va comen\u00e7ar la seva intervenci\u00f3 apuntant que <em>\u201chem d&#8217;entendre quines s\u00f3n les nostres fortaleses i potenciar-les en la relaci\u00f3 amb els usuaris\u201d. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la seva opini\u00f3, <strong>el sector s&#8217;enfronta a reptes col\u00b7lectius<\/strong> que s&#8217;han de resoldre amb <strong>cooperaci\u00f3 <\/strong>entre els diferents actors. L&#8217;oficina de farm\u00e0cia ha de ser un referent i espai de salut i benestar. Aix\u00ed mateix, entenent les tend\u00e8ncies de consum, com la preocupaci\u00f3 pels productes naturals i respectuosos amb el medi ambient, e<strong>s col\u00b7loca a l&#8217;usuari en el centre de l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia<\/strong> i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s alguna cosa que els nous consumidors valoren. L&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de dades proporciona una gran intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia de mercat i, encara que les oficines de farm\u00e0cia no estan en disposici\u00f3 de gestionar-ho, la seva <strong>alian\u00e7a amb les cooperatives <\/strong>seria la millor forma de fer front al proc\u00e9s de transformaci\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per part seva, <strong>Luc\u00eda\u00a0Arroyo<\/strong>, farmac\u00e8utica titular d&#8217;oficina de farm\u00e0cia de Madrid, creadora del blog &#8220;<strong>Quemedaspara<\/strong>&#8220;, va parlar de diverses experi\u00e8ncies pr\u00f2pies i com havia intentat traslladar el valor del consell del farmac\u00e8utic al m\u00f3n digital. En la seva intervenci\u00f3, va recalcar la necessitat de la <strong>col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 <\/strong>posant com a exemple la capil\u00b7laritat de les oficines de farm\u00e0cia i la gran capacitat de la xarxa de distribuci\u00f3 que ja existeix. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201cEl farmac\u00e8utic \u00e9s l&#8217;especialista del medicament, i el medicament va lligat al pacient i no \u00e9s un producte de consum. El medicament \u00e9s un producte que es percep com a individualitzat i va lligat a un servei personalitzat. Aquesta \u00e9s la nostra fortalesa i el repte \u00e9s poder replicar-lo en el m\u00f3n virtual\u201d<\/em>.<\/p><cite>Luc\u00eda Arroyo.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant la trobada, tamb\u00e9 es va realitzar una an\u00e0lisi general de la situaci\u00f3 i de com els canvis disruptius de l&#8217;entorn de consum digital poden afectar el sector. <strong>Marc Cort\u00e9s,<\/strong> soci i director general de Roca Salvatella &#8211; consultora especialitzada en transformaci\u00f3 digital- va comen\u00e7ar afirmant que la disrupci\u00f3 arribaria al negoci farmac\u00e8utic en 5 anys perqu\u00e8 el canvi es genera a trav\u00e9s dels consumidors i cap sector \u00e9s immune. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201cLa digitalitzaci\u00f3 t\u00e9 a veure amb com vivim la tecnologia.
