S\u00f3n moltes les preguntes que sorgeixen al voltant d&#8217;aquest tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aquesta obligaci\u00f3 \u00e9s per totes les empreses? <\/strong>S\u00ed, amb independ\u00e8ncia de si es realitzen o no HHEE, la mida i facturaci\u00f3 de la mateixa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aquesta obligaci\u00f3 \u00e9s per tots els treballadors? <\/strong>Si, incl\u00fas c\u00e0rrecs directius de l\u2019empresa. No obstant, hi ha excepcions, com alta direcci\u00f3, empleats de la llar, representats de comer\u00e7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Com s\u2019ha de crear aquest registre? <\/strong>Analitzant els treballs que desenvolupen els empleats. Tamb\u00e9 analitzant les seves caracter\u00edstiques, s\u2019ha de negociar i acordar un sistema amb la RLT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 passa si el 12 de maig encara no hi ha registre? <\/strong>Ens exposem a la imposici\u00f3 d\u2019una multa. Per tant, multes que vande 626 a 6.250 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 passa amb les empreses treball temporal? <\/strong>Responsable davant de inspecci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 la ETT. Per tant, l&#8217;ETT \u00e9s qui s\u2019haur\u00e0 de posar d\u2019acord amb la usu\u00e0ria si vol fer us dels mitjans de control propietat de l\u2019empresa usu\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 passa amb la protecci\u00f3 del ret a la intimitat i a les dades de car\u00e0cter personal? <\/strong>El sistema de control horari que esculli l\u2019empresa haur\u00e0 de conviure amb altres drets, per tal de protegir la intimitat dels treballadors i les seves dades personals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A partir del 12 de maig \u00e9s obligatori establir un sistema de registre diari de la jornada.
