{"id":14242,"date":"2019-06-20T11:52:07","date_gmt":"2019-06-20T09:52:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/?p=14242"},"modified":"2019-06-26T12:37:19","modified_gmt":"2019-06-26T10:37:19","slug":"obligacions-materia-igualtat-empreses-menys-50-treballadors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/obligacions-materia-igualtat-empreses-menys-50-treballadors\/","title":{"rendered":"Obligacions en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;igualtat de les empreses de menys de 50 treballadors"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No han de tenir pla d&#8217;igualtat, per\u00f2 s\u00ed adoptar mesures per promoure la igualtat.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Totes les empreses, independentment del nombre de treballadors, tenen obligaci\u00f3 de tenir un protocol\/procediment per prevenir i abordar les situacions d&#8217;assetjament sexual i per ra\u00f3 de sexe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al nostre abast, tenim unes eines per facilitar la seva elaboraci\u00f3, que van ser acordades pels agents socials, entre ells PIMEC, al Consell de Relacions Laborals del Departament de Treball de la Generalitat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poden descarregar-les en el seg\u00fcent enlla\u00e7: <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (s'obre en una nova pestanya)\" href=\"http:\/\/treball.gencat.cat\/ca\/detalls\/article\/Eines-per-a-la-prevencio-i-abordatge-de-lassetjament-sexual-i-per-rao-de-sexe-a-lempresa\" target=\"_blank\">Eines per a la prevenci\u00f3 i abordatge de l&#8217;assetjament sexual i per ra\u00f3 de sexe a l&#8217;empresa.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I el Pla d&#8217;igualtat, \u00e9s obligatori?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les empreses de menys de 50 treballadors no tenen obligaci\u00f3 de tenir plans d&#8217;igualtat, per\u00f2 si han d&#8217;adoptar mesures per promoure la igualtat entre homes i dones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RD-Llei 6\/2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El RD-Llei 6\/2019, de mesures urgents per a la garantia d&#8217;igualtat de tracte i oportunitats entre homes i dones en l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3, que van entrar en vigor el passat 1 de ma\u00e7, inclou novetats pel que fa al pla d&#8217;igualtat. Per exemple, abans era obligatori a partir de 250 treballadors i ara ho \u00e9s a partir de 50. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 inclou novetats en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;igualtat retributiva, conciliaci\u00f3 i permisos.
