En cinqu\u00e8 lloc es mant\u00e9 <strong>Twitter<\/strong> amb un 50%. Aquestes s\u00f3n dades de l&#8217;<em>Estudi Anual de Xarxes Socials 2019 <\/em>d&#8217;IAB Spain, l&#8217;associaci\u00f3 de publicitat, m\u00e0rqueting i comunicaci\u00f3 digital a Espanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El 85,5% dels internautes de 16-65 anys utilitza xarxes socials<\/strong> (m\u00e9s de 25 milions usuaris a Espanya), unes dades estables respecte als d&#8217;anys anteriors que reflecteixen la seva maduresa. El perfil de l&#8217;internauta  \u00e9s molt similar en tots dos sexes (<strong>homes 49% vs dones 51%<\/strong>) i de <strong>39 anys.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;estudi tamb\u00e9 indica el temps d&#8217;\u00fas de les xarxes socials i en aquest sentit <strong>WhatsApp lidera amb 1h 47\u2019<\/strong>, seguit de <strong>YouTube 1h 34<\/strong>\u2019 i <strong>Twitter 1h 30<\/strong>\u2019. Per al conjunt de totes les xarxes socials analitzades, els usuaris dediquen una mitjana de <strong>55 minuts diaris<\/strong>, sent els homes i el target jove els qui fan un \u00fas m\u00e9s intensiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activitats i acc\u00e9s a RRSS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&#8217;\u00fas principal de les xarxes socials continua sent social. <\/strong>Destaquen les activitats relacionades amb <strong>xatejar<\/strong> i enviar missatges a contactes (65%). Veure <strong>v\u00eddeos i m\u00fasica<\/strong> (57%) es mant\u00e9 en segona posici\u00f3 i en tercer lloc \u2018<strong>veure qu\u00e8 fan els meus contactes\u2019<\/strong>, (45%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El m\u00f2bil \u00e9s el primer dispositiu d&#8217;acc\u00e9s (95%)<\/strong> i mant\u00e9 el nivell d&#8217;anys anteriors. L&#8217;ordinador tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;utilitza de forma generalitzada (92%), mentre que la tauleta guanya pes i puja des del 48% al 54%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Relaci\u00f3 amb les marques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A la quarta part dels usuaris els \u2018inspira confian\u00e7a\u2019 que les marques estiguin presents en xarxes socials <\/strong>i la principal motivaci\u00f3 per a tenir una conversa privada amb una marca \u00e9s l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 al client (68%), aspecte especialment esmentat per dones i menors de 45 anys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>eCommerce i influencers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les xarxes socials s\u00f3n un canal d&#8217;influ\u00e8ncia i d&#8217;informaci\u00f3. <\/strong>El 47% dels enquestats considera que influeixen a l&#8217;hora de comprar un producte o servei i el 55% declara haver buscat informaci\u00f3 sobre productes\/serveis en xarxes socials abans de realitzar una compra, sobretot el target femen\u00ed i menor de 45 anys. A m\u00e9s, el 41% participa activament opinant en xarxes sobre les compres realitzades en internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, el 68% dels usuaris declara <strong>seguir a influencers <\/strong>en xarxes socials, sent <strong>Facebook<\/strong> (45%) i <strong>Instagram<\/strong> (40%) les xarxes on se segueixen a m\u00e9s influencers, seguit de YouTube (33%) i Twitter (23%).
