notat efectes per l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 del Reial Decret 8\/2019, de 8 de mar\u00e7, de mesures urgents de protecci\u00f3 social i de lluita contra la precarietat laboral en la jornada de treball,\u00a0<strong>pel qual totes les empreses estan obligades a establir un sistema de registre diari de la jornada laboral.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons una enquesta de la patronal en la qual han participat micro, petites i mitjanes empreses de diferents sectors i territoris amb motiu de la publicaci\u00f3 del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pimec.org\/sites\/default\/files\/documents_pagines\/barometre_pimec_12019_6.8.19.pdf\">Bar\u00f2metre PIMEC<\/a>\u00a0del primer semestre de 2019, <strong>un 50% de les pimes afirma no haver experimentat cap efecte per l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 de registrar la jornada dels treballadors, at\u00e8s que ja es feia abans de la normativa<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per la seva part, <strong>un 24,4% de les empreses apunta haver patit un augment de la conflictivitat per discrep\u00e0ncies amb les persones treballadores.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per a un 13,4% de les pimes, ha suposat un major cost d\u2019hores extres.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resta d\u2019efectes derivats de l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 del registre de jornada s\u00f3n menys importants: millora de l\u2019absentisme (3,7% de les empreses); ampliaci\u00f3 de jornada de contractes a temps parcial (3,7%); eliminaci\u00f3 de nous models de treball implantats, com el teletreball (2,4%); i
