A continuaci\u00f3 s\u2019exposen les diferents tipologies contractuals a qu\u00e8 poden optar les persones professionals aut\u00f2nomes per a contractar persones treballadores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Contracte&nbsp;<strong>Indefinit<\/strong>: \u00c9s el contracte que des del primer moment \u00e9s fix i no hi ha data de finalitzaci\u00f3. Aquest tipus de contracte pot ser a jornada completa o parcial. En termes generals, el contracte pot finalitzar per dimissi\u00f3 de la persona treballadora o per decisi\u00f3 de l\u2019ocupador\/a. Una persona treballadora indefinida pot ser acomiadada per causes objectives amb la indemnitzaci\u00f3 legal que correspongui, o amb un acomiadament disciplinari sense dret a indemnitzaci\u00f3 si aquest resulta procedent.<\/li><li>Contracte&nbsp;<strong>Fix-discontinu<\/strong>: \u00c9s un tipus de contracte laboral indefinit, que t\u00e9 la particularitat que l\u2019activitat pot ser estacional, o estar vinculat a activitats productives de temporada, prestaci\u00f3 intermitent que tingui per\u00edodes d\u2019execuci\u00f3 certs, determinats o indeterminats o per a l\u2019execuci\u00f3 de contractes mercantils o administratius que formin part de l\u2019activitat habitual de l\u2019empresa. En definitiva, \u00e9s un contracte pel qual les persones treballadores no presten els seus serveis de manera continuada durant tot l\u2019any (incloent-hi les vacances).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9, sempre que es donin les anteriors causes, poden ser utilitzats per les Empreses de Treball Temporal, en els termes previstos en la Llei d\u2019Empreses de Treball Temporal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Contractes&nbsp;<strong>de durada determinada<\/strong>:<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha diferents modalitats de contractes temporals a les quals poden optar les persones treballadores aut\u00f2nomes per a formalitzar la contractaci\u00f3 de persones treballadores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Contractes de durada determinada per&nbsp;<strong>circumst\u00e0ncies de la producci\u00f3<\/strong>: Despr\u00e9s de la reforma, mantenen les caracter\u00edstiques referents a informar de l\u2019objecte del contracte i la data de finalitzaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 es divideixen en dues modalitats, segons quines siguin les causes de la contractaci\u00f3:<ul><li>Si les causes s\u00f3n ocasionals i imprevisibles, tindran una durada m\u00e0xima de 6 mesos, ampliable fins a 6 mesos m\u00e9s si ho permet el conveni col\u00b7lectiu sectorial de l\u2019activitat.<\/li><li>Si les causes s\u00f3n originades per situacions ocasionals previsibles i de durada redu\u00efda, la durada m\u00e0xima no podr\u00e0 ser superior a 90 dies (no continuats) en l\u2019any natural i, sense perjudici que s\u2019esclareixi pel Tribunal Suprem si el c\u00f2mput es realitza per a cada empresa (CIF).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Contractes per&nbsp;<strong>substituci\u00f3<\/strong>. Seran contractes per substituir persones treballadores que:<ul><li>Tinguin reserva del lloc de treball.<\/li><li>Per a cobrir la jornada redu\u00efda per causa legal o convencional.<\/li><li>Per a cobrir vacants durant un proc\u00e9s de selecci\u00f3 (no podran excedir els 3 mesos).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Contractes de&nbsp;<strong>Formaci\u00f3<\/strong>: Aquests contractes ja existien, per\u00f2 amb la reforma s\u2019han modificat q\u00fcestions com: la terminologia, els requisits materials i de forma, la durada i el percentatge de retribuci\u00f3. S\u00f3n contractes que tenen com a objectiu facilitar la incorporaci\u00f3 al mercat de treball, ja sigui alternant l\u2019activitat laboral i la formativa, o b\u00e9 facilitant una pr\u00e0ctica professional adequada al nivell d\u2019estudis:<ul><li>Formaci\u00f3 en Alternan\u00e7a: \u00c9s un contracte per a persones que estan obtenint un t\u00edtol acad\u00e8mic especialitzat (entre els 16 a 30 anys). La durada d\u2019aquest contracte ser\u00e0 la prevista en el pla o programa formatiu, amb un m\u00ednim de 3 mesos i m\u00e0xim de 2 anys. El salari ser\u00e0 el previst en el conveni col\u00b7lectiu, i si no hi hagu\u00e9s previsi\u00f3 no podr\u00e0 ser inferior al 60% el primer any i del 75% durant el segon any. Mai podr\u00e0 ser inferior a l&#8217;SMI en proporci\u00f3 al temps de treball efectiu.<\/li><li>Contractes per a l\u2019obtenci\u00f3 de la Pr\u00e0ctica Professional: Pensats per a estudiants que han finalitzat els seus estudis especialitzats i vulguin aconseguir una primera experi\u00e8ncia professional en el seu sector. El contracte ser\u00e0 com a m\u00ednim de 6 mesos i m\u00e0xim d\u20191 any. Es podr\u00e0 fer aquest tipus de contracte dins dels 3 anys seg\u00fcents a la finalitzaci\u00f3 dels estudis (sense perjudici que en el cas de persones amb diversitat funcional es pugui fer en els 5 anys seg\u00fcents a la finalitzaci\u00f3 dels estudis).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les persones professionals aut\u00f2nomes, per a poder procedir a la contractaci\u00f3 de persones treballadores per compte d\u2019altri, primer hauran de sol\u00b7licitar un n\u00famero de cotitzaci\u00f3 (CCC) a la TGSS que els permeti donar d\u2019alta les persones que treballin per a elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriorment, respecte a cada persona contractada, haur\u00e0 de ser donada d\u2019alta a la Seguretat Social i formalitzar el tipus contractual que escaigui d\u2019acord amb la normativa.
