{"id":237185,"date":"2024-03-18T09:03:17","date_gmt":"2024-03-18T08:03:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/?p=237185"},"modified":"2024-03-18T09:05:01","modified_gmt":"2024-03-18T08:05:01","slug":"fefac-participa-en-el-beauty-retail-forum-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/fefac-participa-en-el-beauty-retail-forum-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"FEFAC participa en el Beauty Retail Forum 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La farmac\u00e8utica Alegria Isern ha format part, en representaci\u00f3 de la FEFAC, d\u2019una taula rodona sobre les \u201cClaus per competir en el canal farmacia\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/beautycluster.es\/08-mar-el-beauty-cluster-acoge-a-mas-de-150-profesionales-del-retail-beauty\/\">Beauty Retail Forum 2024 organitzat per Be<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/beautycluster.es\/08-mar-el-beauty-cluster-acoge-a-mas-de-150-profesionales-del-retail-beauty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/beautycluster.es\/08-mar-el-beauty-cluster-acoge-a-mas-de-150-profesionales-del-retail-beauty\/\">uty Cluster Barcelona<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, el passat dijous 7 de mar\u00e7, posava el focus en les <strong>tend\u00e8ncies<\/strong> m\u00e9s recents i <strong>estrat\u00e8gies innovadores en el m\u00f3n del retail de cosm\u00e8tica<\/strong> i perfumeria. L&#8217;esdeveniment presenta les principals novetats en el m\u00f3n del retail enfocat en la bellesa. Va comptar amb l&#8217;assist\u00e8ncia de m\u00e9s de 150 professionals del sector de la bellesa a Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alegria Isern, <\/strong>farmac\u00e8utica i membre de la Junta Directiva de la FEFAC va participar en la taula rodona &#8220;Claus per competir en el canal farm\u00e0cia&#8221;. Durant aquest debat, els assistents van poder traslladar les seves preguntes als participants de la taula rodona. En aquesta, van debatre el paper del farmac\u00e8utic com a principal promotor de productes dermocosm\u00e8tics i les farm\u00e0cies com a establiments de refer\u00e8ncia de productes de dermocosm\u00e8tica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 els influencers van tenir cabuda en aquest debat. Especialment, la figura del farmac\u00e8utic divulgador de contingut a trav\u00e9s de xarxes socials, concloent que es tractava d&#8217;una relaci\u00f3 &#8216;win-win&#8217; per a totes dues parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La taula del Beauty Retail Forum va ser moderada per<strong> Ivan Borrego, <\/strong>general manager del Beauty Cluster. Van participar <strong>Arian G\u00fcell<\/strong>,\u00a0directora de marketing de Grupo Naos; <strong>Bel\u00e9n Dieste <\/strong>de Beiersdorf; i<strong> Laura Rabinad <\/strong>de Dermofarm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Desafiaments i oportunitats del sector de la dermocosm\u00e8tica<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adaptaci\u00f3 al consumidor: <\/strong>\u00e9s crucial que les marques de dermocosm\u00e8tica s&#8217;adaptin al tipus de client que visita cada tipus de farm\u00e0cia. Les farm\u00e0cies especialitzades en dermocosm\u00e8tica brinden un ambient de confian\u00e7a per als consumidors, els qui sovint entren amb necessitats espec\u00edfiques. Aix\u00f2 requereix un enfocament personalitzat i un s\u00f2lid coneixement dels productes per part del personal de la farm\u00e0cia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Venda multicanal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Encara que els consumidors poden accedir als mateixos productes a trav\u00e9s de diversos canals, com les botigues online, el tracte personal i la recomanaci\u00f3 experta s\u00f3n valors afegits que les farm\u00e0cies poden oferir. Aix\u00f2 pot influir en la decisi\u00f3 dels consumidors de comprar en la farm\u00e0cia malgrat la disponibilitat de productes en altres llocs. Aquest \u00e9s un dels punts forts que tenen les farm\u00e0cies i que han d&#8217;aprofitar. S\u00f3n el canal que t\u00e9 un tracte m\u00e9s estret amb el client i que compta amb professionals amb la capacitat de recomanar el producte m\u00e9s adequat per cada consumidor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sostenibilitat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i que la demanda de productes sostenibles est\u00e0 creixent, els consumidors no sempre estan disposats a pagar un preu m\u00e9s alt per aquests productes. \u00c9s important que les marques eduquin als consumidors sobre les seves pr\u00e0ctiques sostenibles. Igualment, que treballin amb les farm\u00e0cies per a transmetre aquesta informaci\u00f3 i fomentar un comportament de compra m\u00e9s responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Confian\u00e7a i credibilitat de la marca<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pper a les noves marques que ingressen al mercat \u00e9s essencial demostrar la seva efic\u00e0cia i credibilitat. D&#8217;aquesta manera, podran guanyar la confian\u00e7a de les farm\u00e0cies i els consumidors. Aix\u00f2 pot incloure la prova dels productes, l&#8217;establiment de condicions comercials favorables i la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;una relaci\u00f3 de confian\u00e7a m\u00fatua amb les farm\u00e0cies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Suport i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre marques i farm\u00e0cies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les marques han de comprendre les necessitats i desafiaments que enfronten les farm\u00e0cies independents. En aquest sentit,  han d&#8217;oferir suport en \u00e0rees com la digitalitzaci\u00f3, la gesti\u00f3 de categories i la inversi\u00f3 en punts de venda. Al mateix temps, les farm\u00e0cies han de valorar el seu paper com a assessors i prescriptors de productes de dermocosm\u00e8tica. Aix\u00f2 ha de ser aprofitat per a millorar les vendes i la fidelitzaci\u00f3 dels clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En resum, l&#8217;\u00e8xit en el mercat de la dermocosm\u00e8tica radica en la <strong>comprensi\u00f3 de les necessitats dels consumidors<\/strong>. febrer, es va signar un <strong>acord retributiu-salarial i de tancament de 2023 entre l'AFB<\/strong> (Associaci\u00f3 de Farm\u00e0cies de Barcelona) i els <strong>sindicats <\/strong>UGT de Catalunya, CCOO de Catalunya i ASATEF (Associaci\u00f3 Sindical d'Auxiliars, T\u00e8cnics i Empleats de Farm\u00e0cia de Barcelona).<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>A l'esmentat acord entre l'empresarial i les <strong>organitzacions sindicals que representen pr\u00e0cticament el 75%<\/strong> dels 11.200 emprats\/es en les farm\u00e0cies de la prov\u00edncia de Barcelona, <strong>no es va sumar AFASCAT<\/strong> (l'Associaci\u00f3 de Farmac\u00e8utics\/es Substituts\/es de Catalunya).<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>El tancament de les negociacions per a 2023 sense la signatura d'AFASCAT converteix l'acord en un \"Acord-conveni extratutari\"<\/strong> que no t\u00e9 una efic\u00e0cia general enfront de tots els subjectes representants en la negociaci\u00f3 i en el seu \u00e0mbit funcional, sin\u00f3 que <strong>obliga, \u00fanicament, a les empreses-oficines de farm\u00e0cia associades a l'AFB i als treballadors afiliats als sindicats signants (UGT, CCEOO i ASATEF).<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>No obstant aix\u00f2, legalment, qualsevol treballador del sector pot adherir-se lliurement a aquest acord perqu\u00e8 li sigui aplicat l'augment salarial retroactiu de 2023 (4%) i la resta de condicions contemplades a l'acord,<\/strong> la qual cosa suposa actualitzar autom\u00e0ticament, tamb\u00e9 per 2024, el salari base i altres complements salarials de cada lloc de treball\/nivell professional en el sector.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph
