laboral: nova informaci\u00f3 sobre les condicions de treball"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arran de l\u2019entrada en vigor del <strong>Reial decret 723\/2026, de 9 de setembre<\/strong>, les oficines de farm\u00e0cia hauran de facilitar informaci\u00f3 escrita m\u00e9s completa sobre les condicions de treball de les persones treballadores amb una relaci\u00f3 laboral de m\u00e9s de quatre setmanes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nova normativa ser\u00e0 aplicable a partir del <strong>5 d\u2019octubre de 2026<\/strong> i afecta tant els nous contractes com, en determinats sup\u00f2sits, les persones que ja formen part de la plantilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per facilitar-ne l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3, el nostre <strong>assessor laboral, Jos\u00e9 Manuel Moya<\/strong>, ha elaborat una <strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Circular-Laboral-FEFAC-Transparencia-condiciones-trabajo-RD723-2026.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">circular informativa adre\u00e7ada als associats de la FEFAC<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/strong>, en qu\u00e8 es detallen les principals novetats i les actuacions que han de tenir en compte les oficines de farm\u00e0cia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre altres aspectes, la circular aborda la informaci\u00f3 que s\u2019ha de facilitar sobre <strong>el contracte i el lloc de treball, la retribuci\u00f3 i els conceptes variables, la jornada i els torns, les vacances, el per\u00edode de prova, la formaci\u00f3, la igualtat i la conciliaci\u00f3, els sistemes automatitzats de presa de decisions, el conveni col\u00b7lectiu i la protecci\u00f3 social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La FEFAC recomana als titulars d\u2019oficina de farm\u00e0cia <strong>revisar abans del 5 d\u2019octubre els contractes i documents informatius<\/strong>, i comprovar que la informaci\u00f3 facilitada es correspon amb les condicions laborals efectivament aplicables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Consulta la circular informativa completa<\/strong> elaborada per l\u2019assessor laboral de FEFAC per con\u00e8ixer els principals canvis i les recomanacions pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 <strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a
