Efectivament, els socialistes i la resta de l&rsquo;oposici&oacute; han presentat una esmena a la totalitat als pressupostos del 2012, tot assenyalant que l&rsquo;euro per recepta &eacute;s un dels principals esculls al seu suport.<o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\">\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"line-height: 200%\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"line-height: 200%; font-family: 'arial', 'sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt\"><o:p><font color=\"#000000\">&nbsp;<\/font><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\">\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"line-height: 200%\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"line-height: 200%; font-family: 'arial', 'sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt\"><font color=\"#000000\">El portaveu de Sanitat del PSC, Josep Maria Sabat&eacute;, ha reconegut que quan governava el tripartit s&iacute; es va estudiar la implantaci&oacute; d&rsquo;aquesta taxa, per&ograve; com a una mesura m&eacute;s i &ldquo;en un altre context, abans que el Govern socialista de Madrid redu&iacute;s la despesa farmac&egrave;utica de 1.600 a 1.000 milions d&rsquo;euros, a trav&eacute;s de rebaixes en els preus dels medicaments i canvis en la facturaci&oacute;&rdquo;, afirma.<o:p><\/o:p><\/font><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\">\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"line-height: 200%\"><span lang=\"CA\" style=\"line-height: 200%; font-family: 'arial', 'sans-serif'; font-size: 11pt\"><o:p><font color=\"#000000\">&nbsp;<\/font><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt\">\n\t\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"line-height: 200%\"><span><font color=\"#000000\">Sabat&eacute; confirma que el PSC s&rsquo;oposa a la proposta perqu&egrave; la considera &ldquo;una improvisaci&oacute; per tal de solucionar el problema&rdquo;, i ha criticat que el conseller d&rsquo;Economia, Andreu Mas-Colell, la present&eacute;s com a universal, mentre que el de Salut, Boi Ruiz, ha dit hi haur&agrave;
