{"id":3887,"date":"2013-01-23T13:50:18","date_gmt":"2013-01-23T13:50:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/?p=3887"},"modified":"2013-01-23T13:50:18","modified_gmt":"2013-01-23T13:50:18","slug":"comproveu-que-us-han-estat-abonades-les-deduccions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/comproveu-que-us-han-estat-abonades-les-deduccions\/","title":{"rendered":"Comproveu que us han estat abonades les deduccions del RDL 8\/2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"line-height: 200%\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"line-height: 200%\">Per donar compliment al Reial Decret Llei 8\/2010, que estableix deduccions del 7,5% sobre el PVP als medicaments facturats a oficines de farm&agrave;cia, Farmaindustria, Fedifar i el Consejo General de Farmac&eacute;uticos van signar un conveni al qual es van adherir la gran majoria de laboratoris per tal de fer efectives dites deduccions. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 200%\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%; margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; background: white\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"line-height: 200%\">A conseq&uuml;&egrave;ncia del fet que va haver laboratoris que no s&rsquo;hi van adherir (adjuntem el llistat publicat pel COFB), s&rsquo;han produ&iuml;t desajustaments en l&rsquo;abonament d&rsquo;aquestes deduccions a les oficines de farm&agrave;cia.
