Segons explica ell mateix, el llibre est&agrave; pensat per a aquelles empreses que concentren els seus ingressos en un &uacute;nic pagador, com les farm&agrave;cies: &ldquo;El farmac&egrave;utic era una persona vocacional al qual els clients li hi venien; per&ograve; ara s&rsquo;ha de reinventar i entendre que els clients que entren per la porta nom&eacute;s representen el 30% de la seva facturaci&oacute;, el 70% restant l&rsquo;haur&agrave; d&rsquo;anar a buscar i trobar fonts d&rsquo;ingr&eacute;s alternatives&rdquo;, assenyala.<\/p>\n<p>Torrecilla forma part de l&rsquo;equip de professors que imparteixen les Jornades de Gesti&oacute; Empresarial de l&rsquo;Oficina de Farm&agrave;cia organitzades per AFB i Esade <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fefac.cat\/noticia.asp?id=2835\">(+info<\/a>).
