{"id":5335,"date":"2015-01-19T13:37:34","date_gmt":"2015-01-19T13:37:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/?p=5335"},"modified":"2015-01-19T13:37:34","modified_gmt":"2015-01-19T13:37:34","slug":"el-tribunal-de-comptes-investigar-la-poltica-far","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/el-tribunal-de-comptes-investigar-la-poltica-far\/","title":{"rendered":"El Tribunal de Comptes investigar\u00e0 la pol\u00edtica farmac\u00e8utica del Govern"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Tribunal de Comptes fiscalitzar&agrave; de <em>motu propio<\/em> el present any l&rsquo;activitat econ&ograve;mica desenvolupada pel Ministeri de Sanitat en relaci&oacute; amb l&rsquo;&agrave;rea farmac&egrave;utica.<\/p>\n<p>&Eacute;s a dir que, com a &ograve;rgan fiscalitzador investigar&agrave; l&rsquo;aplicaci&oacute; del copagament establerta al Reial Decret 16\/2012, aix&iacute; com altres decrets que afecten el sector farmac&egrave;utic, com els de la baixada del preu dels medicaments i exclusi&oacute; de f&agrave;rmacs del finan&ccedil;ament p&uacute;blic, tal com publica &nbsp;Expansi&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p>Aix&iacute; consta al seu Programa de Fiscalitzacions per al 2015 (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tcu.es\/export\/sites\/default\/.content\/pdf\/Programa-Fiscalizaciones-TCU-2015.pdf\">+info<\/a>), on tamb&eacute; s&rsquo;afirma que el Tribunal de Comtes investigar&agrave; la gesti&oacute; de les prestacions farmac&egrave;utiques amb c&agrave;rrec de la Mutualitat General Judicial.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest organisme, dependent de les Corts Generals, realitza el control de les activitats p&uacute;bliques com a exercici de transpar&egrave;ncia.
