{"id":6316,"date":"2016-03-02T13:33:20","date_gmt":"2016-03-02T13:33:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/?p=6316"},"modified":"2016-03-02T13:33:20","modified_gmt":"2016-03-02T13:33:20","slug":"el-president-de-fefac-exposar-a-infarma-les-claus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/el-president-de-fefac-exposar-a-infarma-les-claus\/","title":{"rendered":"El president de FEFAC exposar\u00e0 a Infarma les claus per atreure usuaris i com mantenir-los"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#39;objectiu d&#39;apropar la farm&agrave;cia al pacient i client i que esdevingui usuari habitual s&#39;aconsegueix oferint all&ograve; que li faci sentir que troba solucions d&#39;expert a les seves necessitats i que li aporten valor. &ldquo;Cadasc&uacute; ha d&#39;identificar, triar, treballar i avaluar en qu&egrave; diferenciar-se, per passar de ser una farm&agrave;cia a ser la farm&agrave;cia&rdquo;, explica Antoni Torres, president de FEFAC, que el proper <strong>8 de mar&ccedil;<\/strong> impartir&agrave; durant Infarma la pon&egrave;ncia &lsquo;Claus per apropar la farm&agrave;cia al pacient&rsquo;, en el marc de l&#39;Aula Activa organitzada per <strong>Alphega Farm&agrave;cia, que tindr&agrave; lloc a les 10:30h a la Sala 2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Torres analitzar&agrave; els passos necessaris que cal seguir per convertir-se en la farm&agrave;cia que es vol ser. &ldquo;Primer, conv&eacute; recordar que el percentatge de persones malaltes, &eacute;s a dir, de pacients, &eacute;s molt menor que el de suposadament sanes, &eacute;s a dir, clients, i ambd&oacute;s s&oacute;n susceptibles del nostre inter&egrave;s i canvi d&#39;orientaci&oacute;&rdquo;, explica.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">El cam&iacute; comen&ccedil;a amb l&#39;an&agrave;lisi de l&#39;entorn, doncs con&egrave;ixer el perfil d&#39;usuaris de la zona &eacute;s decisiu per identificar les seves necessitats. Segons Torres, en qualsevol canvi que es vulgui introduir &ldquo;cal situar el pacient al centre, oferint solucions a les seves necessitats i no centrar-ho en el producte&rdquo;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&#39;inici del proc&eacute;s de canvi tamb&eacute; passa per l&#39;an&agrave;lisi cr&iacute;tica del sistema d&#39;organitzaci&oacute; interna (equip, processos i mitjans). El coneixement de tot aix&ograve; permetr&agrave; organitzar les persones, fixar mesures de millora en els processos i adequar els mitjans a l&#39;objectiu i a l&#39;equip.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#39;hora de decidir l&#39;element diferenciador i implantar-ho, cal tenir en compte diversos aspectes, entre ells, que ha de ser rellevant per al client i que ha de poder mantenir-se en el temps. A m&eacute;s, &eacute;s necessari triar el <em>target<\/em> al qual dirigir-se: &ldquo;No es pot pretendre ser diferent per a tots&rdquo;, apunta Torres. Un altre dels factors a tenir en compte &eacute;s que sempre cal adaptar-se als usuaris: &ldquo;&Eacute;s el client, no nosaltres, qui decideix si som diferents i com valora aquesta possible difer&egrave;ncia&rdquo;, afirma. &quot;No podem imposar el nostre objectiu i gustos a les seves necessitats, sin&oacute; que hem de saber ser emp&agrave;tics i saber-lo escoltar&rdquo;, apunta.<\/p>\n<p>Una altra de les claus per a l&#39;&egrave;xit en la captaci&oacute; i manteniment de clients, a part d&#39;identificar i desenvolupar la diferenciaci&oacute;, &eacute;s fomentar la relaci&oacute; a llarg termini. Aix&ograve; s&#39;aconsegueix a trav&eacute;s del consell i els serveis professionals, que generen l&#39;h&agrave;bit i la confian&ccedil;a d&#39;acudir a la farm&agrave;cia, a part de l&#39;&uacute;s d&#39;eines com les campanyes o les targetes de fidelitzaci&oacute;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Formar l&#39;equip &eacute;s un pas imprescindible si es vol captar i retenir el client. Torres explicar&agrave; durant la xerrada els cinc passos que el personal de la farm&agrave;cia ha de seguir per assegurar que s&#39;est&agrave; prestant una adequada atenci&oacute;.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment i com a tancament del proc&eacute;s, considera fonamental avaluar el grau de satisfacci&oacute; dels usuaris en relaci&oacute; a aquests serveis i a l&#39;atenci&oacute; que reben, tant en el tracte com en la professionalitat, i per a aix&ograve; confia en la realitzaci&oacute; d&#39;enquestes que aportin informaci&oacute;
