Tal com va explicar a la taula rodona &lsquo;6 passos per enamorar el client&rsquo;, organitzada per Almirall, cal ser competent, sincer i predictible. &ldquo;No cal tenir do de gents, sin&oacute; generar confian&ccedil;a&rdquo;, assenyal&agrave;. Per mantenir la credibilitat davant l&rsquo;usuari, veu fonamental &ldquo;no intentar ser una altra persona diferent a la que som, perqu&egrave; llavors es cau la confian&ccedil;a&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p>Un dels elements que genera confian&ccedil;a &eacute;s saber escoltar el client. &ldquo;L&rsquo;important no &eacute;s saber vendre sin&oacute; saber qu&egrave; volen comprar&rdquo;, afirm&agrave;. Considera que preguntar a l&rsquo;usuari posa de manifest un inter&egrave;s cap a ell i la voluntat d&rsquo;ajudar-lo. A m&eacute;s, cal saber donar resposta a un consumidor que &eacute;s cada cop m&eacute;s actiu, informat, esc&egrave;ptic, estalviador, infidel i prescriptor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aquest expert tamb&eacute; recomana oferir m&eacute;s d&rsquo;un producte, per&ograve; no mostrar massa opcions, doncs es pot provocar confusi&oacute; i indecisi&oacute; en l&rsquo;usuari. El nombre adequat de productes a oferir s&oacute;n dos o tres.
