Stada va presentar ahir a Madrid el resultat del seu Farmabaròmetre realitzat a 1.930 oficines de farmàcia durant el passat mes d’abril. Preguntades sobre les àrees on més necessiten millorar, la més destacada és la dinamització del punt de venda (el 51,3% d’enquestats van assenyalar aquesta opció).<\/p>\n

El següent aspecte que cal treballar és la formació de l’equip (50,8%), així com la seva motivació (45,5%). Altres àrees amb un nombre important de farmàcies que consideren que cal treballar són la gestió dels estocs (43,4%) i la gestió de compres (40%).<\/p>\n

Durant la VII Jornada de Farmàcia Activa d’Stada, també es van donar a conèixer les dades sobre el mercat farmacèutic, que respecte l’any passat ha augmentat un 4,6%, sobretot gràcies als productes de venda lliure i el personal care.<\/em><\/p>\n

El mercat dels OTC és el que més augmenta, un 6,5%, i per darrere se situa el de personal care<\/em> i consumer healthcare, <\/em>que ho fan ambdós un 5%, i el de nutrició un 0,8%.<\/p>\n

El 67% de farmàcies afirma haver augmentat la seva venda lliure durant l’últim any (en l’enquesta del 2016, ho va fer un 54%). Els probiòtics i la protecció solar són les categories que més creixen (51,7% i 50,8%). També destaquen la d’higiene bucal (45,5%), dietètica i fitoteràpia (44%) i la dermocosmètica (40%).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
