Aquesta situaci&oacute; &eacute;s analitzada per IM Farmacias en el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imfarmacias.es\/revista\/76\/files\/assets\/basic-html\/index.html#98\">n&uacute;mero del mes de juny <\/a>de la seva revista.<\/p>\n<p>El fenomen de la concentraci&oacute; s&rsquo;ha mostrat com una necessitat en tots els &agrave;mbits del sector sanitari, tant a nivell de laboratoris com de distribuci&oacute;, doncs caminar acompanyat &eacute;s m&eacute;s f&agrave;cil que fer-ho sol. Pel que fa als grups de farm&agrave;cies, funcionen com a molt m&eacute;s que una central de compres.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns dels avantatges de pert&agrave;nyer a una d&rsquo;aquestes plataformes s&oacute;n el poder de negociaci&oacute; amb prove&iuml;dors, l&rsquo;acc&eacute;s a formaci&oacute;, plans de Marketing, campanyes, gesti&oacute; de vendes, assessorament o gesti&oacute; de categories. A m&eacute;s, s&rsquo;ofereix un valor afegit als usuaris, mitjan&ccedil;ant serveis que de manera individual seria m&eacute;s dif&iacute;cil desenvolupar.<\/p>\n<p>El fet de compartir el disseny dels r&egrave;tols i de l&rsquo;espai, aix&iacute; com la imatge corporativa, fa que l&rsquo;usuari identifiqui el grup i s&agrave;piga el tipus de farm&agrave;cia que es trobar&agrave;. Per&ograve; estar sotm&egrave;s als par&agrave;metres i filosofia d&rsquo;un grup tamb&eacute; t&eacute; desavantatges, com certa p&egrave;rdua de maniobra en determinats assumptes.<\/p>\n<p>Els grups de farm&agrave;cies van sorgir a Fran&ccedil;a en la d&egrave;cada dels 90, i formen part d&rsquo;una tend&egrave;ncia del mercat que s&rsquo;ha imposat a Europa. A Espanya, han estat impulsats per grups de farmac&egrave;utics, i tamb&eacute; per les pr&ograve;pies distribu&iuml;dores. Actualment, menys d&rsquo;un 20% de farm&agrave;cies forma part d&rsquo;alguna agrupaci&oacute;, mentre que en pa&iuml;sos com Fran&ccedil;a o Alemanya aquest percentatge es troba al voltant del 70%.<\/p>\n<p>Entre els principals grups de compra de tot l&rsquo;Estat que destaca IM Farmacias, es troba: Fedintia, Farmactiva, Farmazul, Sanifarma, Flexifarma, Farmacias Tr&eacute;bol, Xarxafarma, Alphega Farmacia, Farmacias Ecoceutics, Farmacia 1+ i Farmathia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Font: IM Farmacias<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les farm&agrave;cies, en els darrers temps, i sobretot a conseq&uuml;&egrave;ncia de la crisi, han tendit a col&middot;laborar entre elles, ja sigui de manera espont&agrave;nia o integrant-se en grups de farm&agrave;cies.
