Des de Pimec al Dia, S&iacute;lvia Mir&oacute;, experta en recursos humans, explica els sis errors m&eacute;s comuns en la gesti&oacute; dels equips.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>El cl&agrave;ssic &ldquo;caf&egrave; per a tothom&rdquo;<\/strong>. No &eacute;s recomanable oferir les mateixes condicions a totes les persones, sin&oacute; que <u>cal fomentar mesures a mida de cada membre <\/u>de l&rsquo;equip. Per exemple, cal fugir d&rsquo;una formaci&oacute; gen&egrave;rica que a alguns no aporta res, aix&iacute; com de la idea segons la qual &ldquo;no es pot tenir content a tothom&rdquo;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manca de reconeixement intern<\/strong>. Cal <u>dissenyar plans de carrera que incentivin el creixement personal i professional<\/u> a l&rsquo;empresa. S&rsquo;aconsella aplicar sistemes d&rsquo;avaluaci&oacute; i valoraci&oacute; a les persones de l&rsquo;organitzaci&oacute;, amb pol&iacute;tiques retributives clares.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No oferir formaci&oacute;<\/strong>. &Eacute;s necess&agrave;ria una pol&iacute;tica de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pimealdia.org\/4-nivells-davaluacio-dun-pla-de-formacio\/\" target=\"_blank\">formaci&oacute; orientada<\/a>&nbsp;a cobrir les necessitats de capacitaci&oacute; de cada treballador.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Selecci&oacute; de clons<\/strong>. Sovint el proc&eacute;s de selecci&oacute; acaba sent la recerca d&rsquo;una persona que pensi i actu&iuml; com nosaltres, amb el que <u>renunciem a incorporar talent amb idees i punts de vista diferents<\/u> i a crear un equip amb suficient heterogene&iuml;tat per innovar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sobre-control<\/strong>. Incloure sistemes de control en exc&eacute;s sobre les persones mostra una <u>gesti&oacute; excessivament centrada en el compliment de les normes<\/u> i dona com a resultat una cultura poc flexible i no basada en resultats.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estrat&egrave;gia misteriosa<\/strong>. Cal evitar que els treballadors no coneguin res m&eacute;s enll&agrave; de les pr&ograve;pies funcions i responsabilitats.
