Aquests resultats es va presentar el passat 27 de mar&ccedil; a Barcelona, en les II Jornades Conjuntes sobre Visi&oacute;, Innovaci&oacute; i Estrat&egrave;gia de Mercat, organitzades conjuntament per IM Farmacias, Shoppertec i IQVIA. Actualment Shoppertec disposa d&#39;informaci&oacute; de m&eacute;s de 50.000 enquestes realitzades a compradors de farm&agrave;cia i canals competidors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Imatge de la farm&agrave;cia i el farmac&egrave;utic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La farm&agrave;cia &eacute;s un canal que es posiciona per la confian&ccedil;a, l&#39;atenci&oacute; i la recomanaci&oacute; del personal farmac&egrave;utic. Aix&iacute; es despr&egrave;n de les enquestes realitzades per Shoppertec, que conclouen que la imatge de les farm&agrave;cies &eacute;s la millor valorada pel comprador, amb un 8,84; seguida de El Corte Ingl&eacute;s (7,99); i les parafarm&agrave;cies a peu de carrer i les perfumeries, amb un 7,19 de puntuaci&oacute; cadascuna.<\/p>\n<p>El farmac&egrave;utic o personal de la farm&agrave;cia juga un paper clau com a font d&#39;informaci&oacute; que m&eacute;s influeix a l&#39;hora de comprar, segons el 72% dels enquestats. El metge &eacute;s la segona font d&#39;influ&egrave;ncia, amb un 68%, i els especialistes la tercera, amb un 52%. Cal destacar que el 41% dels compradors menciona tamb&eacute; a familiars i amics com a font d&#39;influ&egrave;ncia a l&#39;hora d&#39;adquirir un producte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compet&egrave;ncia entre canals<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El comprador de les categories de cosm&egrave;tica i bellesa, per una part, i d&#39;higiene, per una altra, compren productes en tres canals diferents, segons les enquestes realitzades per Shoppertec. Altres categories en les quals l&#39;usuari tamb&eacute; compra en diferents canals (dos canals diferents) s&oacute;n la de productes per al beb&egrave; i medicaments i productes per a animals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La targeta client, una eina a potenciar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La targeta de fidelitat continua sent una eina a potenciar per part de la farm&agrave;cia, tenint en compte que el 67% dels compradors valora de forma molt positiva que la seva farm&agrave;cia ofereixi aquest servei. Segons Shoppertec, el 57% de les farm&agrave;cies l&#39;ofereix, i a mesura que augmenta la mida de la farm&agrave;cia, major &eacute;s la integraci&oacute; d&#39;aquestes. Tot i que moltes farm&agrave;cies han integrat la targeta, nom&eacute;s en el 18% d&#39;aquestes, m&eacute;s del 50% dels clients la tenen (31% grans, 13% mitjanes i 12% petites).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Presencia online<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La botiga f&iacute;sica &eacute;s el canal preferit de compra, encara que la compra online &eacute;s cada vegada m&eacute;s com&uacute;. Estalvi de temps, millors preus i comoditat s&oacute;n els tres motius principals pels quals comprar online s&#39;est&agrave; popularitzant, tamb&eacute; en el sector farmac&egrave;utic. Segons l&#39;estudi de Shoppertec, els compradors s&oacute;n conscients de la import&agrave;ncia digital, i al 55% els hi agradaria que la seva farm&agrave;cia estigues molt m&eacute;s present online. A m&eacute;s, al 54% dels compradors els hi agradaria trobar productes de farm&agrave;cia a altres establiments. De moment, Amazon &eacute;s la web m&eacute;s coneguda i on m&eacute;s productes de farm&agrave;cia i parafarm&agrave;cia compren els usuaris, amb un 60%, seguida de la web de promofarma, amb un 17% i mifarma, amb un 15%.<\/p>\n<p>El canal online &eacute;s cada vegada m&eacute;s important, segons les conclusions de Shoppertect.
