Tomei, president de Consumer and Shopper Marketing d&#39;IRI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Algunes conclusions de l&#39;estudi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Alta satisfacci&oacute;<\/strong>: el 68% dels compradors de Click&amp;Collect asseguren que &quot;indubtablement&quot; farien servir de nou el servei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Satisfer les necessitats del comprador:<\/strong> quasi 7 de cada 10 compradors fan servir serveis de Click&amp;Collect per evitar c&agrave;rrecs per enviament, la ra&oacute; m&eacute;s citada per fer servir aquest servei.
