{"id":8997,"date":"2018-05-10T12:25:10","date_gmt":"2018-05-10T12:25:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/?p=8997"},"modified":"2019-02-20T13:25:46","modified_gmt":"2019-02-20T12:25:46","slug":"pimec-demana-una-moratria-en-laplicaci-del-nou","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/pimec-demana-una-moratria-en-laplicaci-del-nou\/","title":{"rendered":"PIMEC demana una morat\u00f2ria en l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 del nou Reglament General de Protecci\u00f3 de Dades"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un 75% de les pimes catalanes no han adoptat encara les mesures necess&agrave;ries per complir amb el nou Reglament General de Protecci&oacute; de Dades (RGPD) que entra en vigor el pr&ograve;xim 25 de maig, segons les estimacions de PIMEC.<\/p>\n<p>La patronal calcula que l&rsquo;adaptaci&oacute; a la nova normativa suposa un cost extra de 30 milions d&rsquo;euros per a les empreses catalanes i lamenta que no s&rsquo;hagin engegat les suficients campanyes d&rsquo;informaci&oacute; i conscienciaci&oacute;.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest context, PIMEC ha dirigit una carta al ministre de Just&iacute;cia a trav&eacute;s de la qual li insta a traslladar a la Comissi&oacute; Europea la necessitat d&rsquo;establir una morat&ograve;ria perqu&egrave; pimes i aut&ograve;noms puguin adaptar-se al nou reglament, tenint en compte que la nova norma estableix una escala d&rsquo;importants sancions en cas d&rsquo;incompliment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Encara que l&rsquo;entitat ha organitzat diferents sessions informatives i formatives en tot el territori catal&agrave; per abordar els punts clau, assumeix la responsabilitat i es compromet a seguir treballant perqu&egrave; pimes i aut&ograve;noms adoptin les mesures necess&agrave;ries per complir amb la normativa en un per&iacute;ode m&agrave;xim de 6 mesos.<\/p>\n<p>El comunicat de PIMEC sobre aquesta acci&oacute; el trobareu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pimec.org\/ca\/institucio\/sala-premsa\/notes-premsa\/pimec-demana-una-moratoria-laplicacio-del-nou-reglament-general\"><strong>aqu&iacute;.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aquesta va ser una proposta que va realitzar&nbsp;FEFAC a PIMEC, que ha considerat oport&uacute; dur-la a terme.
