D&rsquo;aquesta manera, UEAPME, de la qual PIMEC ostenta la presid&egrave;ncia, Hotrec i Eurochambres coincideixen i fan pal&egrave;s el raonament de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fefac.cat\/alerta.asp?id=6997\" target=\"_blank\">PIMEC, que a principis de maig, va demanar una morat&ograve;ria en l&rsquo;aplicaci&oacute; del nou reglament. <\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">Aquesta va ser una proposta que va realitzar&nbsp;FEFAC a PIMEC, que ha considerat oport&uacute; dur-la a terme.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les organitzacions consideren que l&rsquo;anomenat &ldquo;Working Party&rdquo; o Grup de Treball de l&rsquo;article 29 del Reglament, que aplega els reguladors de protecci&oacute; de dades dels diferents Estats membres, ha comen&ccedil;at molt recentment a emetre guies i notes interpretatives, de manera que no hi ha hagut prou temps a estudiar-les i respondre als dubtes que planteja el nou reglament. Segons PIMEC, un 75% de les pimes catalanes no han adoptat mesures per complir amb el nou RGPD.<\/p>\n<p>PIMEC i les organitzacions europees es comprometen a continuar informant les pimes sobre com aplicar el nou reglament, per&ograve; demanen un temps perqu&egrave; les petites i mitjanes empreses es posin al dia amb l&rsquo;aplicaci&oacute; de la normativa i que, durant aquest espai temporal, no s&rsquo;imposin sancions monet&agrave;ries sin&oacute; que es facin avisos de l&rsquo;incompliment de la llei.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patronals i Cambres de Comer&ccedil; europees han em&egrave;s un comunicat en qu&egrave; demanen una morat&ograve;ria per a les sancions del Nou Reglament de Protecci&oacute; de Dades.
