La &ldquo;qualitat, tracte, comprensi&oacute; i disposici&oacute;&rdquo; s&oacute;n els principals valors de la farm&agrave;cia, segons l&rsquo;estudi.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci&oacute;, es detalla el Top 10 Insights de Farma Shopper 2018:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>El canal online guanya rellev&agrave;ncia quan es compra per primer cop<\/strong>. Tot i aix&ograve;, el pes de la compra &eacute;s menor quan es pregunta als clients de la farm&agrave;cia que quan es pregunta fora d&rsquo;aquesta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La proximitat, principal motiu d&rsquo;elecci&oacute; de la farm&agrave;cia<\/strong>. El 76% de les persones viu a menys de deu minuts caminant. Les farm&agrave;cies grans s&oacute;n les que atrauen una clientela m&eacute;s llunyana. El servei es el segon motiu d&rsquo;elecci&oacute;, i el tercer la conveni&egrave;ncia o lloc de pas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El comprador &eacute;s fidel a la farm&agrave;cia<\/strong>, especialment pel que fa a medicaments amb recepta. El desenvolupament de la categoria consumer Health ha fet que molts clients busquin farm&agrave;cies pr&ograve;ximes i especialistes en les categories que els interessen. De mitjana, el comprador t&eacute; 2,4 farm&agrave;cies de refer&egrave;ncia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El comprador prefereix les marques<\/strong>, incl&uacute;s en altres canals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El 89% dels compradors planifica la categoria. <\/strong>Un 58% de les decisions de categoria i marca es prenen a casa. Tot i que el comprador &eacute;s marquista, pren el 42% de les decisions a la farm&agrave;cia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;aparador &eacute;s una oportunitat.<\/strong> Est&agrave; millor gestionat i guanya notorietat. El 39% dels compradors el recorda.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El 36% dels compradors agafa el producte del lineal<\/strong>. A la resta li dona l&rsquo;equip de la farm&agrave;cia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La recomanaci&oacute; del farmac&egrave;utic &eacute;s clau<\/strong>. &Eacute;s la primera font d&rsquo;informaci&oacute; del comprador en la categoria Consumer Health.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les promocions s&oacute;n una oportunitat<\/strong>. El 7% dels compradors ha comprat un producte en promoci&oacute;. Quantitat i preu s&oacute;n les m&eacute;s comprades. La manca de senyalitzaci&oacute; de preu dels productes i la comunicaci&oacute; de les promocions fa que la percepci&oacute; de promoci&oacute; sigui inferior a les promocions existents.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qualitat, comprensi&oacute;, tracte i disposici&oacute; <\/strong>s&oacute;n els actius de la farm&agrave;cia.
