{"id":9259,"date":"2018-10-10T14:10:50","date_gmt":"2018-10-10T14:10:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/?p=9259"},"modified":"2018-10-10T14:10:50","modified_gmt":"2018-10-10T14:10:50","slug":"el-govern-estudia-la-implantaci-dun-registre-hor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fefac.cat\/empresarial\/el-govern-estudia-la-implantaci-dun-registre-hor\/","title":{"rendered":"El Govern estudia la implantaci\u00f3 d\u2019un registre horari obligatori"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aix&iacute; ho va manifestar durant la seva intervenci&oacute; a la <strong>Comissi&oacute; de Treball, Migracions i Seguretat Social en el Senat<\/strong>, on va explicar que aquesta actuaci&oacute; est&agrave; prevista en els eixos estrat&egrave;gics del seu departament en els pr&ograve;xims mesos. La Ministra va explicar que s&rsquo;ha de permetre la <strong>conciliaci&oacute; familiar <\/strong>equilibrant la flexibilitat en la<strong> distribuci&oacute; de la jornada laboral<\/strong> des de la perspectiva de l&rsquo;empresa amb el dret dels <strong>treballadors <\/strong>a conciliar.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;any passat, el congr&eacute;s va aprovar per majoria una <strong>proposici&oacute; de Llei de PSOE<\/strong> que instava a modificar l&rsquo;Estatut dels Treballadors per crear un<strong> registre diari de la jornada laboral per frenar l&rsquo;ab&uacute;s de les hores extra no remunerades i no cotitzades <\/strong>i elevar aquesta infracci&oacute; a la qualificaci&oacute; de &ldquo;greu&rdquo;. Aquesta proposici&oacute; de Llei, presentada durant el Govern del PP, ha estat <strong>paralitzada <\/strong>durant quasi un any, i ara el Govern vol revisar-la.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Actualment el registre nom&eacute;s &eacute;s obligatori quan es treballen hores extra<\/strong>, segons l&rsquo;article 35 de l&rsquo;Estatut dels Treballadors.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cucorent.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cucorent <\/a>facilita el registre horari dels treballadors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amb l&rsquo;objectiu de facilitar als titulars de farm&agrave;cia el registre de la jornada di&agrave;ria del seus treballadors, FEFAC t&eacute; signat un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fefac.cat\/intranet\/noticies\/_userfiles\/files\/proveidors\/Fitxa%20web_2017_catal%C3%A0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>conveni de col&middot;laboraci&oacute; amb Cucorent<\/strong><\/a>, empresa especialitzada en dispositius de control de la pres&egrave;ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Mitjan&ccedil;ant aquest acord, els socis poden <ins><strong>llogar, amb un 25% de descompte, els&nbsp; seus productes,<\/strong><\/ins> sense contracte de perman&egrave;ncia, incloent-hi el suport t&egrave;cnic, amb garantia permanent i actualitzaci&oacute; de software. <ins><strong>Si es compra el dispositiu, el descompte que s&rsquo;aplica &eacute;s del 20%.<\/strong><\/ins><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aix&iacute;
