Des del dilluns, 22 d&#39;octubre, els centres CAP i vacunals disposen <strong>d&#39;1,2 milions de vacunes de la grip<\/strong>, amb l&#39;objectiu de<strong> prevenir <\/strong>aquesta malaltia i evitar les complicacions i la mortalitat associada.<\/p>\n<p>Salut recomana que la vacunaci&oacute; es faci <strong>abans del 15 de desembre,<\/strong> uns 15 dies abans que la grip arribi al llindar epid&egrave;mic, que aquest any se situa als<strong> 110,7 casos per 100.000 habitants.<\/strong> No obstant aix&ograve;, les dosis estaran disponibles durant <strong>tota la temporada de grip.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Grups de risc a vacunar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Persones amb alt risc de complicacions: <strong>persones de 60 anys i m&eacute;s<\/strong>, pacients amb problemes <strong>cr&ograve;nics <\/strong>i factors de risc, dones <strong>embarassades<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Persones que poden transmetre la grip a persones d&rsquo;alt risc: <strong>treballadors de centres sanitaris<\/strong> i sociosanitaris, contactes i cuidadors d&rsquo;individus d&rsquo;alt risc.<\/li>\n<li>Persones que realitzen <strong>serveis essencials per a la comunitat<\/strong>: policies, bombers, personal de protecci&oacute; civil, etc. i treballadors exposats a aus o porcs i aus salvatges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La grip, un problema de salut p&uacute;blica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La grip &eacute;s una <strong>malaltia infecciosa v&iacute;rica, molt contagiosa<\/strong>. La incid&egrave;ncia de la grip durant les epid&egrave;mies oscil&middot;la entre el 5% i el 20% en la poblaci&oacute; general, i arriba al 50% o m&eacute;s en les persones internades en institucions tancades.<\/p>\n<p>La mortalitat es produeix principalment en persones grans (poden arribar a ser el 90% de les morts) o amb factors de risc preexistents. A Catalunya, com a la resta de l&rsquo;hemisferi nord, la infecci&oacute; pels virus de la grip habitualment es presenta<strong> en forma d&rsquo;epid&egrave;mia anual durant els mesos d&rsquo;hivern <\/strong>(des de finals de desembre a mar&ccedil;).<\/p>\n<p>El farmac&egrave;utic, com a professional de la salut m&eacute;s proper al pacient, juga un paper fonamental en la <strong>dispensaci&oacute; i promoci&oacute; de vacunes, augmentant les taxes de vacunaci&oacute;.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Generalitat ha iniciat aquesta setmana la Campanya de Vacunaci&oacute; 2018.
