A m&eacute;s, les <strong>unitats per operaci&oacute;<\/strong> en aquesta categoria augmenten, fent-la rendible i molt <strong>atractiva<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Per gestionar la categoria de dermocosm&egrave;tica adequadament &eacute;s molt important <strong>dedicar temps.<\/strong> Segons Luis de la Fuente, el farmac&egrave;utic dedica, en una venda normal, entre quatre i cinc minuts.<strong> En una venda d&rsquo;un producte dermocosm&egrave;tic el temps dedicat &eacute;s superior, entre vuit i 10 minuts.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A m&eacute;s de la inversi&oacute; de temps, cal dedicar un <strong>espai<\/strong> a la nostra farm&agrave;cia, disposar d&rsquo;un bon <strong>assortit<\/strong>, implicar <strong>l&rsquo;equip <\/strong>de farmac&egrave;utics per oferir el millor servei i diferenciar-se de la resta oferint <strong>experi&egrave;ncies <\/strong>diferents. Per aix&ograve;, el titular ha d&rsquo;estar motivat, disposar d&rsquo;una <strong>inversi&oacute; m&iacute;nima<\/strong> per aquesta categoria i saber <strong>liderar l&rsquo;equip de la farm&agrave;cia <\/strong>per assolir l&rsquo;&egrave;xit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Posicions davant la dermocosm&egrave;tica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Segons Luis de la Fuente, el farmac&egrave;utic pot adoptar tres posicions davant la dermocosm&egrave;tica:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"NaN\">Desenvolupar aquesta categoria no &eacute;s obligatori, aix&iacute; que <strong>si no complim amb les caracter&iacute;stiques m&iacute;nimes no tenim per qu&egrave; treballar-la.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li value=\"NaN\"><strong>Abaixar el preu per poder competir,<\/strong> tenint en compte que la compet&egrave;ncia tamb&eacute; pot abaixar el preu.<\/li>\n<li value=\"NaN\"><strong>Aportar valor al client <\/strong>invertint en l&rsquo;espai d&rsquo;exposici&oacute;, en tenir producte, en formaci&oacute; per millorar el servei i oferir experi&egrave;ncies a la farm&agrave;cia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Abordatge de les alteracions de pigmentaci&oacute; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La farmac&egrave;utica <strong>Gema Herrer&iacute;as<\/strong> ha estat una de les ponents estrella d&rsquo;aquesta jornada, abordant les <strong>alteracions de la pigmentaci&oacute; a la farm&agrave;cia.<\/strong> Herrer&iacute;as ha recordat que no totes les taques s&oacute;n susceptibles d&rsquo;intervenci&oacute;, i que cal saber quan<strong> derivar al pacient a la consulta del dermat&ograve;leg.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tamb&eacute; ha recordat la import&agrave;ncia de <strong>protocol&middot;litzar l&rsquo;actuaci&oacute; professional a la farm&agrave;cia,<\/strong> fent refer&egrave;ncia al<a href=\"https:\/\/congresofarmaceuticocgcof.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/DE-01.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"> Protocol d&rsquo;actuaci&oacute; farmac&egrave;utica davant problemes de salut dermatol&ograve;gics<\/a>, presentat com a p&ograve;ster en la darrera edici&oacute; del Congr&eacute;s Nacional Farmac&egrave;utic celebrat a Burgos.<\/p>\n<p>La farmac&egrave;utica ha assenyalat la import&agrave;ncia de con&egrave;ixer <strong>el tipus de pell, els tipus de productes que s&rsquo;aplica la persona i amb quina freq&uuml;&egrave;ncia,<\/strong> per tal de fer una <strong>recomanaci&oacute; ideal<\/strong>. Ho deia en refer&egrave;ncia als casos de pacients que van a la farm&agrave;cia a retirar un despigmentant recomanat pel dermat&ograve;leg amb una pell molt deshidratada. En aquests casos, ha explicat, cal recomanar un tractament hidratant que complementi el despigmentant. <em>&ldquo;Cal tenir en compte l&rsquo;edat cronol&ograve;gica, el tipus de pell i l&rsquo;estat de la pell&rdquo;<\/em>, ha afegit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acne, ros&agrave;cia, dermatitis seborreica i psoriasi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La farmac&egrave;utica ha realitzat&nbsp;tamb&eacute; una pon&egrave;ncia sobre les <strong>caracter&iacute;stiques diferencials d&rsquo;aquestes malalties,<\/strong> per tal de saber diferenciar-les a l&rsquo;oficina de farm&agrave;cia.
